1) I can definitly improve my physical wellness. Lately, I havent been gettin enough sleep, roomate issues have stressed me out, and I haven't been eating as healthy as i used to.

#2)During winter break, i definetly have to make sure that I don't over eat, and get by body moving even when I don't feel like it.

2. In California, my friends and I used to walk alot so when I got back there for christmas break that is what I am going to do.

ReplyDelete1. I believe my physical health can improve I've been really lazy since the end of wrestling season which is sad I know. Other than that I'm good everyone has something wrong with them mentally caused by like a past event probably in childhood..that's what makes us all different.
2. Well during winter break since that is the one coming up I guess I can cut back on like a little bit of something and exercise...maybe.

1. I honestly don't consider anything healthy to me. Sexual health is cool for me. Mental and Physical health is something that i have been struggling for years now so i can always improve there.

ReplyDelete1. I can improve my physical health by exercising again. Since school started I never really had the time to exercise. Otherwise, I coonsider myself fairly healthy.
2. Over the spring break I can ensure my healthy lifestyle by eating healthier foods.
1.) I can improve my mental and physical health by getting enough sleep at night in excersicing. Not getting enough sleep has caused me to become stressful as well as very tired and this could negatively affect my grades in school.
ReplyDelete2.) Three things that I can do over this break is to relax and stop worrying about the homework that I forgot to do from class. I can also eat healthy because Kearny is poison. And lastly I can sleep more cause I wont be up all night writing essays and cramming for tests.

1) Yes,I feel you can always improve on your health, I have been trying to eat more healthier,because I definately eat to much fast food and diabetes and more run in my families genetics.
ReplyDelete2. Things I can do over springh break is go jogging more, eat healthier and for my mental health I would like to get a hobby that relieves my stress like writing more or doing Yoga. Maybe even visit a Psychiatrist
@Destini Taylor- I agree with the swimming I will definately do that it relieves tension.
1. I feel that there is also room for improvement in any aspect of life. Physical I need to start to exercise on a more regular basis like I used to do. As far a mental health I need to take more me time and prioritize my life a lot better. And for sexual health I need to make sure that I continue to take the necessary steps in order to be safe and take rutine check-ups.

1)I think with my mental health i can improve by not letting things get me stressed out. I let things effect how i feel and that isnt good for my health.

1. I can improve on my physical and mental health. Lately I have been staying up real late and not getting enough sleep.As far as my mental health it seems like i have been letting things going on this semester get me stressed out. Getting enough rest is very important.

I will also have sometime to relax my mind and body from the stress of my first semester of college. I will have time to excersice and stay focus on my health.
i feel i need to know who i am so can start the progression of my mental thought. to be honest i am getting so high for the break i just want to forget the first semester.

Do not drink alot of alchol and party all week long is one suggestion

you could go to the beach...go to a water park or just relax

All types of health can be improved before coming to DU, I can say I was physically,mentally, and sexually healthy becausw I ate fruit and vegatables all day working at a grocery store...I was mentally healthy because I stimulated my mind by going to different excursions, reading and also helping othersand being sexually healthy it was abstinence or protection and also getting check ups and making sure I was up-to-date with my shots...but now...i might say i need to exercise more...try going to DU gym and work out everyday...but I kno that wont happen...so I kno wen I get back I will sit down and make a monthly schedule and have a set time for me to go..

Over spring break, to keep it real and blunt...I kno I will party..im a college student..so relaxation and eating rite is the best I can say because I will already be exercising with all the walking and having fun i will be having...

ReplyDelete1. Actually, I can improve my physical being. Lately, i have been sleeping late and waking early.When I do sleep I am thinking about schoolwork. I am always around the clock. Following my eating habits have been horrific. I am a grab-and-go eater, which means fried foods are always on my least, or tfoods with high calories. Unfortunately with all of this consumption of horrible foods, i lack excercising.
2.I believe i can excersise for twenty to thirty minutes three times a week. although Christmas day will be filled with food that is not healthy, i can consume the food moderately rather than over indulging in food. Also, i can relax and rest and enjoy my break so that I can be prepared for next semester.
1) I can improve my wellness by exercising. The only time I have ever worked out was when I was playing sports and that was only because I had no choice.

ReplyDeleteI can immprove my physical wellness. Although I am in rotc, we are on a long break and I feel as though I became lazy.
I will go back to normal schedule of exercise and eat the right foods.
1. Um i think the only thing i can improve is pyhsical and mental sometimes i just feel so drained I cant think and so many things are going through my mind at one time I feel as if my head is going to explode. Pyhsically im just tired and sleepy all the time because im always on the go and not being able to sleep my sexual health is fine my partners are limited to one person and i stay goin to the doctor getting checkups. I advise people to abstain or use protection.
